
Jens Neuhüttler heads the department "Business Innovation Engineering Center" at Fraunhofer-Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO in Germany, which promotes the digital transformation in SMEs. Before that, he managed several research and consultancy projects on developing smart services and service-oriented business models in close collaboration with companies and in different fields of application.
Jens holds a M.Sc. in Management from University of Hohenheim and is part-time working on his Ph.D. in Engineering at University of Stuttgart. In his PhD, he develops a method for testing quality perceptions of Smart Services during their development.
