Carly joined the team in September 2024 and assists staff and associates to maintain a high level of business practice. With a strong background in administration, Carly previously worked in a secondary school, providing support to all stakeholders of the organisation.

Before transitioning to administration, Carly spent 18 years in the beauty industry, including her role as a Beauty Lecturer in Cambridgeshire, where she delivered high-quality teaching and training.
