Lea Karbevska
PhD Student
Lea is a PhD student at the Supply Chain AI Lab led by Prof. Alexandra Brintrup at the University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on Uncovering Supply Chain Networks Using AI-Based Link Prediction.
Before her PhD studies, Lea worked as a research assistant at the Center for Collective Learning led by Prof. Cesar A. Hidalgo where she specialised in mapping input-output relationships between products using trade data. During her studies, she also completed an internship at the Astronomy Department of the University of Geneva where she worked on the variability classification pipeline for the Gaia Satellite.
She holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition from the University of Toulouse and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Caen, France.
