Arun is a postgraduate researcher in CIM reading an MPhil in Emerging digital technologies in food supply chains, under the supervision of Dr Jag Srai. Having previously worked for GlaxoSmithKline, Arun joined the IfM in October 2019. Research interests include Digital Platform technologies in the food sector, with current research focusing on emerging Digital Platform operation and food waste reduction in times of extreme stress. PhD interests lie in the same field with additional focus on digital platform adoption, positive sustainability impacts and the betterment of communities around the globe.
