Shayma Salih

Doctoral Student/Solution Development Specialist

Shayma is nearing the completion of her doctoral research in the Centre for Industrial Sustainability under the supervision of Prof. Steve Evans. Her research is focused on improving the sustainability and resilience of supply chains based on an enhanced understanding of trust. As part of her research, she has developed a tool that operationalises trust for more resilient, robust, and sustainable supply chains. She also teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Cambridge Judge Business School. Shayma has worked on a number of sustainability consultancy projects with clients such as BMW, Johnson Matthey and the UN. She is currently working as a Solution Development Specialist at IfM Engage.
