Pete joined the IfM as a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Dr. Letizia Mortara in 2020. He is a technology leader with over two decades of experience in software and systems development in High-Performance Computing, Analytics, the Department of Defense, and Aerospace markets. He has participated in and led several industry-wide standards initiatives, notably VPX/OpenVPX, CI-Express, OMS/UCI, SOSA, etc. Pete's research interests include Strategy and Innovation, Decision Making, and Technology Management. His research focuses on how groups collectively make decisions to fund emerging technologies. Pete holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and an MBA.
