Vanessa is Deputy Course Director of the MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management.  A chartered manufacturing engineer with significant industrial experience, she joined IfM in 2001 working on start-up business support, and has been a tutor on the programme since 2012.

Vanessa’s expertise is in operational management & efficiency, sustainable food manufacturing, business start-up and growth.  She is a certified Emergenetics associate and has facilitated many leadership development, personal effectiveness and team building programmes with a range of corporate clients and public organisations.
