Chris joined the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) in 2022 under the supervision of Dr Rob Phaal. Chris’s research focusses on strategic roadmapping in the context of e-commerce supply chains, and how organisations can align their business objectives.
Chris has almost 20 years’ experience in engineering and operations across the Defence, e-commerce and logistics industries. Chris will be conducting his research part-time whilst continuing as a Senior Operations Manager in Amazon’s customer fulfilment business.
Chris holds a BEng (Hons) in Motor Sports Engineering, a BSc (Hons) in Engineering Project Management and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
