Introduction
Gosia joined the Institute for Manufacturing as a part-time PhD student under the supervision of Dr Rob Phaal. She is a member of Darwin College, University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on the exploration of data-centric methods for pre-population of roadmaps and model-based/hybrid approaches to roadmapping.
Background
Gosia completed her secondary education in Poland, attending a comprehensive Physics course at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She obtained her BEng in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Southampton, focusing her individual project on “Aeroengine Fan Blade Erosion”. After graduating from the University of Southampton, she had worked for a year at Rolls Royce Plc. She completed her MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management at the Institute for Manufacturing in 2023, writing her dissertation thesis on “Developing a Product Evolution Strategy”. She has undertaken an internship in Management Consulting and supports IfM Engage in the facilitation of roadmapping workshops.
