Lory first joined IfM Engage in January 2019 as an Interim Project and Operations Manager. On November 2019 she moved to the Executive & Professional Development (EPD) team as Project Manager within IfM Engage.
Lory has a diverse background. She holds an MBA and has gained extensive experience from working in different sectors during her career. These include Facilities and Project Management for the Universidad Tecnologica del Centro (UNITEC), Venezuela. Since moving to UK, she has also run her own successful Education based company; worked as Business Coordinator for a Marketing business as well as Operations Management roles within the Manufacturing sector.
Lory is a very passionate, dedicated and focussed individual who thrives on challenges and getting results. She is conscientious and is very adaptable to different tasks and assignments. Her passion, however, is Project and Operations Management and hence jumped at the opportunity to work as part of the IfM team.
