Business & Operations Lead - Digital Manufacturing on a Shoestring
Holly Sheahan is part of the Digital Manufacturing on a Shoestring Unit within IFM Engage, we are responsible for transitioning the research project into a commercial / community based activity. Holly manages Shoestring operations and resources to support activities such as pilot trials, workshops and deployments and is developing a business plan and model for the initiative.
The Digital Manufacturing on a Shoestring programme is an EPSRC funded research programme which has devised an affordable, easy-to-implement approach that helps manufacturers to try out small-scale digital solutions that will not disrupt core operations but which can provide immediate benefits.
Prior to joining IFM Engage, Holly worked in Academic & Financial Planning as part of the central University, working on strategic capital projects such as the West Hub.
