Mike has joined IfM Engage as head of the Digital Shoestring Unit. In his role, he will have leadership responsibilities for Shoestring and drive growth. 

Mike's experience covers the fields of network engineering, telecommunications, Information Technology and Software as a Service (SaaS), having held global sales and operational leadership roles in BT Group Plc, Colt Technology Services Plc, Royal Mail Group Plc. Most recently Mike has been leading innovation and delivery in a HealthTech start-up developing and delivering app/platform services enabling businesses to measure, understand and improve mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
