He founded ProBalance, where he helps manufacturing companies balance sustainable transformation with sound business development, leveraging his deep knowledge of future sustainable production, innovation, digitalization, and customer engagement.

At Grundfos, he led the 'Cooling as a Service' project and facilitated value creation between the STIM consortium and Grundfos for five years, piloting new technology management methods and implementing strategic roadmapping.
