PATRICIA LORTON

For two decades, she has energetically led logistics, production, procurement strategic projects and department for some of internationally recognized names including Hewlett Packard, and Linde.
Patricia is at the helm of Sustainability at GEA Heating and Refrigeration technologies coordinating the Sustainability and developing the decarbonisation pathway. She was before in that role in the gas package industry founding the Sustainability department to support the decarbonization path of a steel and composite cylinder manufacturer, establishing Net zero program, appropriate governance, and creating value with a sustainability commercialization program.
Prior to this, her role as Head of Corporate Procurement Supplier Management & Governance at Linde saw her drive the complete overhaul of procurement sustainability, upgrade procurement reporting and rating across recognized frameworks, and enhance sustainability initiatives on close loop circular economy and logistics in close cooperation with local affiliates, engineering and external stakeholders. She also contributed and implemented the Supplier Code of Conduct related Sustainability policies.
This built seamlessly on her role Head of Corporate Procurement Cylinder Supply Equipment at Linde, where she delivered sustainability services including supplier audit for the entire Procurement community or as Partner Relation Manager at Hewlett Packard heading Production and Localisation sites with overseeing environmental management and circular economy initiative implementation.
Patricia holds two Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) certificates and one EU Green Deal Master level certificate from the European University Institute / Florence School of Regulation (FSR). Patricia has been for 2 years a member of the Institute for Manufacturing Sustainability Association (University of Cambridge) and pursues since June 2023, in voluntary service, to co-coordinate the association.
