Boya joined the NanoManufacturing research group in October 2023 as a Ph.D. candidate under the supervision of Professor Michael De Volder. She holds a BEng in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University and an MPhil in Micro- and Nanotechnology Enterprise from the University of Cambridge. Boya’s research centers on the design and investigation of Zn-Ion batteries, aiming to meet the practical and commercial application requirements.
