Matthew Haydock is the Programme Coordinator for the University Commercialisation and Innovation (UCI) Policy Evidence Unit and joined the team at the beginning of January 2024 and is involved with coordinating the UCI teams day-to-day activities and projects, including the work programmes with Research England, as well as providing some administrative support.

Before Joining the UCI team Matthew previously worked as a Project coordinator under the Institute of Metabolic Science (IMS) working with Prof. Roman Hovorka as part of the team conducting research in the development of the Artificial Pancreas Closed Loop Insulin delivery system.
