
Alessandro Caterina is a visiting graduate student from the Department of Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and a member of the Innovation & Strategy research group within the POLIMI School of Management. With a background in management engineering, his research delves into the microfoundations of an Open Innovation-oriented organizational culture.
During his visiting period, under the supervision of Professor Mortara, Alessandro is investigating the evolution of Open Innovation practices in large companies, with a particular focus on their cultural implications. His study examines how these practices have evolved since the emergence of the OI paradigm, shedding light on the shifting dynamics of innovation within corporate environments.
