I hold a master degree in Chemical Engineering (Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, CAS) and a PhD in nanofabrication (University of Twente, The Netherlands).
I am currently working as a Research Support Advisor at the Department of Engineering and my responsibilities include:
- Deliver business analysis to guide research funding strategy and planning
- Establish and support partnerships and networks with sponsors, academics, administrators and other institutions
- manage enquiries and calls for proposals;
- Provide expert guidance on how to win research funding and optimise knowledge transfer and impact
- Develop and manage robust processes for ensuring compliance with research policies, rules and reporting requirements
