
Qingsong Weng is a visiting graduate student from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He finished his MSc in the School of Energy and Environment from the City University of Hong Kong in 2020. He joined the NanoMaunfacturing group led by Prof Michael De Volder in March 2023. His Collaborative PhD Programme with Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory is to synthesize Ni-rich NCM cathode materials for Lithium-ion batteries and enhance the safety and stability of Ni-rich NCM materials by surface engineering.
