Overview
The accelerated diffusion of digital technologies challenges leadership teams across all manufacturing industries. Capturing the full value of these rapid Industry 4.0 developments can only be realised by holistically orchestrating the implementation across a firm and its value network. To achieve this, it is vital for leadership teams to consider the inter-dependencies between individual activities and projects in key areas of their business, that may be as diverse as the value proposition, operational processes or value capture mechanisms – this is a complex undertaking.
