
Tasnim Ahmed is a 2nd year PhD candidate at the Manufacturing Group of the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano. She obtained her B.Sc degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Zewail University of Science and Technology (Egypt) and her M.Sc in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy). Her PhD focus is on data driven circular manufacturing and the use of digital threads for sustainability. She is involved in European research projects relating to smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, as well as teaching activities in the 'Industrial Technologies' course at the Masters level.
