Thomas is a doctoral researcher under the supervision of Dr Yongjiang Shi. He is applying theories of Complex Adaptive Systems to innovation in manufacturing. Thomas is a senior adviser in UK Parliament and has previously worked in financial services, in diplomacy, and as a lecturer for Stanford University. He earned his MPhil at the University of Oxford and his MA at Peking University.
