Sihan joined the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) at the University of Cambridge in October 2023 as a visiting PhD student under the guidance of Professor Yongjiang SHI. Before this, he worked as a visiting PhD student at the National University of Singapore Business School, supervised by Professor Andrew Delios. His research interests encompass digital innovation and management, organizational learning, and global manufacturing. He conducted in-depth investigations into renowned manufacturing enterprises, including China's Geely Group. His research findings have been published in journals such as "Technology Analysis & Strategic Management" and "European Management Review."
