Sarah Wightman

Communications Officer

Sarah manages communications and PR as part of the marketing team in IfM Education and Consultancy Services. Her role involves raising the profile of research work and activities across the IfM, and to communicate how the IfM is collaborating and facilitating valuable interaction with industry, government and wider society.


Sarah brings experience from marketing and editorial roles in higher education publishing, including at Pearson and Cambridge University Press, and from operating a publishing consultancy. She also has entrepreneurial experience from running her own start-up company for several years.
