Rong joined the Institute for Manufacturing as a visiting PhD student in innovation management under the supervision of Dr Tim Minshall in Jan 2023. Prior to starting her PhD, Rong earned a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
