
Paula Melfe has joined the Cambridge Service Alliance, as a Ph.D. candidate. Her research focuses on Service Business Models in the Semiconductor Industry. Prior to that, Paula has over 15 years of experience in a wide range of business disciplines, from Consumer Products to High Tech. Her most recent contribution is within ASML, the leading company in the semiconductor industry, where she develops and implements service products worldwide.
