Nopparuj is a Doctoral student in the Industrial Resilience research group under the supervision of Dr. Mukesh Kumar. His research interests lie in the area of Industrial Policy in Thailand's Food Sector. Nopparuj graduated from the University of Nottingham's BEng in Electronic and Computer Engineering course with a First Class Honours. He further completed the MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship at University College London before going on to work at PricewaterhouseCoopers Thailand in the Risk Consulting department. He earned a Distinction in the MBA course at Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and also a Distinction in the Advanced Diploma in Economics course at the University of Cambridge prior to joining the IfM in October 2020 as a Doctoral student. Nopparuj is a recipient of the Young Policy Researcher Scholarship from Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI), a non-government public policy think tank based in Bangkok, Thailand.
