Masakazu Shiozawa is a Patent Examiner of the Japan Patent Office, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Government of Japan. he has examined patent applications related to laser beam machine, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and medical equipment for eight years and is going to spend 1 year from July 2011 as a visiting scholar in the CIP.
