
Lory Peresson-Robinson
Client Project Manager - IfM Engage
Lory Peresson-Robinson is a Client Project Manager at IfM Engage, where she manages the planning, coordination and delivery of client programmes across a wide range of organisations. Her role supports the design and delivery of programmes to a high standard, ensuring clear structure, strong financial control and an effective experience for clients and participants.
Lory works closely with colleagues across IfM Engage to contribute to all stages of project delivery. This includes helping to define project requirements, developing delivery plans, coordinating timelines and supporting delivery teams throughout the process. She also brings strong financial understanding to the team by supporting budgeting, cost tracking and reporting for client work.
She contributes experience in coordinating psychometric assessments and managing data systems that support client interaction and programme administration. Lory also designs evaluation tools aligned with the Kirkpatrick model and provides analysis that helps clients understand the impact of their programmes.
Before joining IfM Engage, Lory held senior roles in operations, facilities, business coordination and project management across several sectors, including education, consultancy, manufacturing and marketing. She also ran her own business for several years, gaining experience in service delivery, organisational development and client management.
Lory holds an MBA from the University of Valladolid and a BSc (Hons) in Administration and Management from UNITEC. She is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, Kirkpatrick Silver Certified and an Emergenetics Associate.
