Visiting Graduate Student
Luigi joined the Institute for Manufacturing in February 2022 as a post-graduate researcher. His research focuses on the effects of Decentralised Research on Supply Chain Disruptions and Product Recalls under the supervision of Dr. Mukesh Kumar, Roman Schumacher and Maximilian Klöckner.
Previously, Luigi received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the ETH Zürich. During his studies, Luigi gained practical experience through internships in the Steel Industry and the Machining Industry for Tunnelling activities. During his studies, he was a member of the Graduate Consulting Club and took on responsibilities in his local firefighter force as a Group Leader of the Entry Team.
