Kiana joined the Institute for Manufacturing in October 2025 as an MPhil student in the Fluid in Advanced Manufacturing (FIAM) Group under the supervision of Prof. Ronan Daly. Her research aims to develop a drug-infused polymer delivered via a biopsy needle for Glioblastoma Treatment.
Prior to joining FIAM, Kiana graduated from UCL with BEng with a year in industry. Her placement year was at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars as a product and structure planner where she focused on improving production processes and creating design solutions.
