Karolina Kuta is a Policy Analyst at Policy Links, the knowledge transfer unit of the Centre for Science, Technology and Innovation Policy (CSTI), University of Cambridge.

 

About Policy Links

Policy Links is a not-for-profit innovation consultancy whose aim is to help governments develop effective industrial innovation policies. The unit is part of IfM Education and Consultancy Services Limited (IfM ECS), the Institute for Manufacturing’s knowledge transfer arm, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the University of Cambridge.

 

Background

Karolina has extensive consulting experience in digitalisation, innovation management and policy-making. She has advised several multinational companies as well as governmental organisations overseas and in the Middle East.

Karolina started her career as a management consultant at KPMG ELLP and Porsche in Germany. She advised clients in the private and public sector on innovation and strategic growth themes. Prior to joining Policy Links, Karolina was a project manager and research associate at the Institute of Technology Management, University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), where she researched and advised large companies on themes related to digitalisation, business ecosystems, and business model innovation.

Karolina holds a MSc in Management from European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) and a BA in Corporate Management and Economics from Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen (Germany). She has also completed a postgraduate programme in Business Innovation and recently joined the part time PhD in Engineering programme at the University of Cambridge.
