
Janik Wadlinger is currently a doctoral student at the Chair of Information Systems, Innovation and Value Creation at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, where his research focuses on technology transfer, innovation management, and innovation ecosystems. He is also a visiting doctoral student at the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM).
Before that, he earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Innovation and Product Management from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, complemented by experience in management consulting at the Bosch Group.
He previously completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Business Administration and Engineering at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Karlsruhe, Germany. During his undergraduate studies, he also conducted research at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany) and Swansea University (UK).
