Visiting Graduate Student
Isabell Fries joined the Institute for Manufacturing in January 2019 as a Visiting Graduate Student. She is writing her master thesis under the supervision of Dr Thomas Bohné. Isabell’s research focuses on the future of skills and unique human abilities. Isabell is currently enrolled in the International Business & Politics Master of Science program at Copenhagen Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Politics and Economics from Zeppelin University in Germany. During her studies, Isabell gained academic experience abroad at University of Southern Denmark and practical experience through internships and research jobs in consulting, international relations/politics and international media. She is a student speaker on topics like “future of education” and “FutureSkills” and a Moderator of tech, innovation and entrepreneurship events and conferences, like for Google Copenhagen & Munich, Q-Summit or WHU-IdeaLab! 2018. Isabell has special interests in social entrepreneurship, digital transformation and the future of work.
