Gereon is a visiting postgraduate student at the Cyber-Human Lab at the IfM. Under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Bohne and Dr. Slawomir Tadeja, he explores peer-to-peer interaction in multi-agent augmented reality assembly within industrial settings.
Having completed his bachelor’s degree in Information Systems at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Gereon is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the same field. As a scholarship recipient of the German academic scholarship foundation, the Bavarian EliteAcademy and the Manage&More program by UnternehmerTUM, his academic journey has been marked by a desire to responsibly build useful and usable solutions based on cutting-edge technologies.
Gereon’s passion for deep tech was ignited during his bachelor’s thesis on dynamic graph neural networks. Subsequently, he has served as the Lead AI Engineer for the “meinGPT” generative AI platform, leading its growth from inception to a user base of several thousand active users. This experience aligns closely with the lab’s mission of enhancing human performance through technology.
In his free time, Gereon loves spending time with other people, e.g., by supporting the social entrepreneurship competition “Generation-D” or participating in various hackathons.
