Florian joined the Institute for Manufacturing as a Visiting Graduate Student under the supervision of Prof. Tim Minshall. His research is focused on knowledge codification and how the latest advancements in AI impact knowledge management in technology driven organizations.

Florian is a graduate student in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at RWTH Aachen University, Germany. Prior to joining the IfM, he gained experience in project management at BEUMER Group, as a turnaround consultant at Struktur Management Partner and as a student research assistant at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL) of RWTH Aachen University.
