Ebrahim joined the Centre for Strategy and Performance as an Academic Visitor in February 2013 where he carried out research on identifying innovation capabilities in large MENA companies under the supervision of Dr. Ken Platts.  He is now affiliated with the Programme for Management, Policy & Innovation in MENA where he is a Doctoral Researcher.

Prior to studying his PhD at the IfM, Ebrahim worked for twelve years at the University College of Bahrain in the areas of Strategy, Innovation, Administration and Finance.  He holds an MBA (with distinction) from Depaul University and a BSBA in Management from Suffolk University.
