David Learmond has a particular interest and expertise in organisational change; leadership development; and capability and skills development.
In addition to his work at the Institute of Manufacturing (ECS), he is a Senior Advisor & Senior Fellow at The Conference Board, an adjunct lecturer at Cornell University, a contributor on leadership / change management programmes for Judge Business School and a qualified executive coach.
David has a strong business background and was previously senior vice president, Human Resources, Greater China for Unilever, a position based in Shanghai. During his tenure at Unilever, he also held various senior Human Resources, manufacturing and general management positions in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Australia.
He has an MA in Executive Coaching, a BA in Business Administration and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
