
Deborah is Communications Officer for Policy Links, IfM Engage. She has over ten years’ experience combining creative content development with audience insight and strategic planning to deliver purposeful communications that support engagement and impact. She collaborates across teams to ensure complex ideas are communicated effectively in accessible formats, including copywriting, film, infographics, and publications.
Before joining IfM Engage, Deborah worked in communications for organisations in the international development and education technology sectors, where she created content for diverse global audiences, including advocacy networks and institutional funders. She travelled to Nepal, Zambia and Zimbabwe, working in partnership with colleagues to produce compelling stories that highlighted impactful projects.
Deborah holds a BA in Graphic Design and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma in Digital Marketing.
