Dr Charles Boulton is visiting for the 2023 calendar year.  He has worked in R&D, technology and product management for forty years, beginning in control systems engineering and moving on to consultancy and change management.  He was an interim R&D / Product Director through 2016.  His current focus is on collegiate decision-making under uncertainty – how groups of people from different backgrounds reach a decision in situations that are complex, uncertain and when intangibles abound.
