Dr Bingxin Yan is a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge. She received her Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2023. Before joining Cambridge, she was a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore from 2023 to 2025. Her research interests include applications of artificial intelligence, customer experience management, and industrial engineering.
