
Julius Theye is a research collaborator to the Research England funded Automated Licensing Payment Systems (ALPS) project and a final year master’s student in Management & Technology at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). He recently submitted his thesis under the supervision of Dr Frank Tietze on “Introducing the Bill-of-IP: a novel concept for the digital IP management applied in a DLT-based smart licensing system”. Previously, he was a graduate research assistant to the TUM’s Technology Management chair, working towards understanding Ethereum’s smart contract community. Julius received his bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen.
