Ecosystem thinking for strategic planning [WEBINAR]

Today’s world is complex and interconnected. Individual organisations are unlikely to possess all the resources and capabilities required to meet the demands of their end-customers. Instead they must draw resources from other firms and successfully integrate them into their offering.

Businesses need to attract the right partners, suppliers and form alliances to enable them to share resources in co-operative networks. This needs an understanding and strategic use of an organisation’s capability and resources.

This webinar looks at:
1. what an ecosystem is, exploring the concept and practice of ecosystem mapping
2. how managers can use their business ecosystem to their advantage
3. highlight examples of how ecosystem mapping has been used in different contexts to support long-term strategic planning

Find out more about ecosystem mapping and how it can help your business.
