Professor Andy Neely, Head of the IfM, provided an overview of the IfM’s research activities before the couple heard in more detail from other IfM researchers about key manufacturing topics including: the Industrial Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, industrial applications of inkjet printing and innovation policy. Researchers from the Cambridge Service Alliance spoke about digital innovations and value capture and creation.
