Engaging multiple suppliers to form an alliance to deliver outcome-based agreements is a novel approach to encourage suppliers to innovate and to provide exceptional customer outcomes. This white paper identifies fundamental themes and success factors to be considered in this approach. It aims to provide guidance for companies and industries who are considering to form alliances to deliver outcome-based agreements, to be rewarded on outcomes and incentivised on a risk-and-reward-sharing basis in a collaborative environment, ideally with multiple, co-operating partner companies.
