There are many IfM projects on innovation that are not readily accessible to time poor SMEs in one comprehensive format. Building on work done to support SMEs skills in manufacturing management this collaborative project with IfM ECS and supported by EPSRC KTS seeks to fill a gap in innovation management. The tool set will take the form of public or in-company action workshops and will be completed in 2012.
