IfM Industrial Fellow publishes book

A Principal Industrial Fellow with the IfM has published a book designed to help companies across the world achieve strategic goals.

 

Paul Christodoulou’s book, entitled ‘Strategy Workshop Toolkit: How to 'Herd Wild Cats' and Create Breakthrough Strategies’, illustrates the skills needed to plot successful business strategy.

 

The book contains a series of useful techniques to help people run practical workshops and aims to aid and motivate companies to generate and produce benefits for the business.
