A new collaborative award for Vaggelis Giannikas

Dr Vaggelis Giannikas, research associate in the Distributed Information and Automation Laboratory, has been awarded a Cambridge-PSL-French Embassy Fund to establish a new collaboration with Paris Sciences et Lettres Research University (PSL).

 

The purpose of the fund is to facilitate exchange, seed collaborations between Cambridge and PSL researchers and enhance researchers’ capacity to apply successfully for external funding. This collaborative project will look into the emerging topic of logistics flexibility in e-commerce with a focus on the information and operational systems required to support it.

 

The project will be conducted in collaboration with Dr Shenle Pan, Assistant Professor in Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering at the Centre for Management Science, Mines ParisTech.
