Feng Zhu is a visiting graduate student at the University of Cambridge, working in Professor Ajith Kumar Parlikad’s Asset Management group. His current research focuses on the development and implementation of industrial data analytics for fault diagnosis and prognosis, advanced process control, predictive analytics, and maintenance scheduling optimization in diverse industrial areas such as semiconductor manufacturing, process industry, machine tools, and industrial robots.
He received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Chongqing University and the University of Cincinnati, respectively, and the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering with the Department of Systems Engineering at the City University of Hong Kong.
