Pete Caldwell

Background

Pete Caldwell has spent 15 years in industry, primarily in management consulting and manufacturing management. He has broad experience across all areas of operations in a number of manufacturing sectors, including semiconductor, automotive, pharmaceutical and food & drink.

Pete's main areas of expertise include sales & marketing, strategy formulation and deployment, business diagnostics, and change management. He has experience across SMEs and multinational corporations.

Pete is a graduate of the University of Cambridge Manufacturing Leaders Programme masters degree (MSt) course, and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. He was a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Manufacturing during 2002-2006, where his dual role engaged him in researching strategy formulation and business diagnostics, and providing consultancy support for SMEs.

He is currently the European Partner for Life Sciences at Tefen Ltd.
